Macrobian Health is a platform, not an employer. You run your own practice, keep your own clients, set your own rates, and get paid directly. What you get from us is the method, the infrastructure, and a brand that does not make you explain yourself.
What the platform provides
The assessment method
The four-pillar framework, the intake instrument, scoring guidance, and the plan template. Trained, not handed over as a PDF.
Your page and booking
A page on this site, your own booking calendar, and your own payment account. Clients book you, pay you, and are yours.
The standards
A scope-of-practice line every coach holds, a documented decision rule before any product is mentioned, and a referral path when something belongs with a clinician.
What you bring
This is a real bar and it is deliberately not easy. Every one of these has to be in place before your page goes live:
- Your own business entity — an LLC or equivalent, with its own bank account.
- Your own professional and general liability insurance, with a current certificate on file with us.
- A coaching credential, or a concrete plan to earn one. NBHWC board certification is the one that carries weight.
- Your own scheduling and payment accounts, in your own name.
- A signed platform agreement covering the standards, the scope-of-practice line, and how either of us ends the arrangement.
- Completion of the method training, including two supervised assessments before you take a paying client under this brand.
How the money works
You are paid directly by your clients — the platform never touches your session revenue and takes no percentage of it.
Your first year on the platform is free. After that, you pay a flat monthly platform fee for the method, the infrastructure, and your page.
We think this is the honest structure. A percentage cut would give us a reason to push you toward volume; a flat fee gives us a reason to make the platform worth staying on, and a free first year lets you find out whether it is before you pay anything.
